- Indian students must have a 10 + 2 certificate to study at MBBS in the UK. The following is a step-by-step process for Indian students to apply for MBBS in the UK:
- Gather all your official papers and have them accepted by suitable consultants.
- You can fill out the application through the UCAS entrance or openly through the university’s official website.
- After submitting your application form, wait for the MMI (micro-mini interviews) confirmation and invitation letter.
- After clearing the Micro Mini Interviews, you can wait for the final proposal and entire the Tier 4 visa process after getting the final proposal.
Eligibility Criteria for Indian Students
Acceptable Measures for Indian candidates to Study at MBBS in the UK:
Age must be over 18 of any candidates.
Students should score well, which is more than 90% in their 12th standard. Aspirants must be from global councils or ICSE / CBSE boards.
The student must take entrance exams in the UK, such as the UK Clinical Ability Test (UKCAT), Biomedical Admission Test (BMAT), or GAMSAT. The average scores for the above tests are given below;
- UKCAT – 650
- BMAT – 4.5-5.0
- GAMSAT – 60-66

Why take IELTS Exam to Study in the UK?
